Hooks ups are pretty east but will add about 15 minutes when you arrive and up to 30 minutes when you pack up. I will send video walk-thru after booking

We can be a little flexible with pick-up time. Return Policy Please return the RV by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the agreed return date. A late fee of $35 per hour applies for returns after noon. If the RV is not returned by 5:00 p.m., we will be unable to accept it back that day. An additional night's rental fee will be charged, and the RV must be returned the next business day. We need daylight to take pictures and we need time to clean it and store it for the next trip.

This RV is 31 feet long. It is a little smaller than a large school bus. You do not need any special license but you should feel comfortable driving this unit. It almost takes up the whole lane on smaller roads and is tight going through traditional tolls. We don't want any injuries or damage.

All you should need is food and toiletries. We use the RV ourself and want to have everything like it's our home. You will find everything from ice cream scoops, to toasters, bedding, and more. We also have option add on items such as folding chairs, bike racks, bbq's and more.
